Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

my uncle (unmarried) had 5 sisters and 1 brother, his brother and 2 sisters died before his death, 3 sisters are alive. My question is who is the legal heir of his property, are the children of his dead brother also entitled to his property or just the 3 alive sisters
