We have a undistributed property of our grandfather .

All the proprty lies in the name of My Grandfather's mother

My Grandfather's Mother has 2 sons and 3 daughters .

The property of my grandfather's mother is

4 -Acres Agricultural land and

1 - house of 1000 Sqft

After the deceased of my Grandfather's mother ,

My grandfathers and his brother occupied and lived in that house . (500 ,500 sqft of constructed house)

The Agricultural land was utilized and enjoyed by the Grandfather's 3 Sisters .( 4 acres)

My grandfather has 5 sons and 2 daughters .

After the deceased of my grandfather my elder uncle occupied the house and he is living with his sons.

After the deceased of my elderuncle ,his sons occupied the house and living .

The remaining sons and daugther have there own house and living seperalely and only my elder uncle sons are living

in my grandfathers house

Iam the son of the first daugther and we have not enjoyed our grandfather's property.

Now my question is how to get legal remedy to get the share of my mother from my grandfather's property.
