undivided commercial property (Andhra Pradesh)was given on rent for two years. after expiry of lease brothers decided to divide among the brothers as per the parents will. now the tenent wants more time to vacant premises what the legal options left for the brothers.

Partition of property and delay in vacation by tenant are both different issues.
Tenant has no say in partition.
can approach court for eviction.
