Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have an urgent situation. I bought a property in my city 25 years back. But that property has been in litigations until now as the real estate agent sold the property to multiple parties. Now someone is trying occupy that property. I would like to get a stay order from court to stop him from occupying the property with help of third party. If i give power of attorney to third party will that be enough for him to get stay order from court on my behalf. Does he need anything else from me to get stay order? What all information is required to get stay order from court on my property?
Thanks in advance for valuable feedback.

One may appoint an attorney for filing suit etc.
Grant or refusal of a stay or injunction depends on several factors. Have your matter assessed by your lawyer.

Dear Sir / Madam,
A Power of Attorner is meaningless. The Court will have to decide the matter.
