Need your valuable help on property issue.
Person A had a plot of 55*38 and sold out the same to TWO persons as below.
1. 15*38 was sold out to person B in 1991.
2. Rest (40 *35) was sold out to another person C in 1995.
However the registration was done together for both the parties in 1995 and
person B getting the registration done PRIOR to person C with both the parties present at the time of registration.
Quesn 1:
C is now claiming that he has to get (2 * 35) feet in B's property.
How far is this claim valid?
Quesn 2:
As B had to get entrance to the Road side, dimension with 40*3 was made as common passage between A and B.
As A has sold out his remaining portion,
Will the new occupier of A's property i.e. C here have any legal rights over the common passage?
