Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I wanted to bequeth my inherited property to my sister. i informed her two years ago of my letter with my wife and our only chld as co-signatories.

Now i have changed my mind and informed my sister of my revocation in a letter with my wife and our only child as co-signatories.

My sister claims that she has not in receipt of our revocation letter.

Please advise me what I should do.
