Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I wanted to sell my 20 years old 2BHK flat. There is no sale deed. The flat is purchased on agreement of sale and full and final payment of same is mentioned on the agreement. All documents like electricity , House tax etc are on my name to be clear of all doubts. There is no society formed and the the builder is also absconding and not cooperating to make a sale deed. I have buyers on the line and are insisting on making a sale deed; kindly advice legal options to sell the same.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You have all the required documents establishing your title and ownership of the flat. You do not need the builder to resell your flat. You can agree on the terms and conditions of sale and make a Sale Deed with the prospective buyer and complete the sale.
