Dear Sir / Madam,
The word "gargle" or "garnish" is used in the context of an after activity by a person. For example, you say "Please garnish or gargle your mouth with Listerine after you brush your teeth daily."
A "garnishee" is a person who decorates food items.
When a property is locked by the Court, the aggrieved parties have to file a writ petition in the Court for its release to the Owners.
Regards,
