Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My wife and I booked a flat and done the sale agreement. After we got it franked, I noticed that although my wifes name is correct, my middle name is wrongly spelt (PARATIM instead of PRATIM). Builder said it won't be a problem and it will be corrected during registration. Should I get an affidavit just in case? Would it be a problem to change it later in sale deed now that it's already misspelled in E stamp for sale agreement?
