Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Myself and my wife is having a joint property(equal share) in delhi for which we have taken a home loan and emis are being remitted. now my wife is transferred to out of delhi and she has already moved. now we want to sell the property. can she give me a power of attorney to sell. if yes is it necessary to register. please give your advice

No, registration is not mandatory. Since she is also the joint owner, the buyer should not put any objection even if the POA is unregistered.
