Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Will case be dismissed if plaintiffs rental agreement of 3yrs is not registered in eviction case? what to do to coverup this? status is defendent argument completed, again for this reason plaintff argument to give explanation/proof/penalty. pls help.

You may stand a chance to lose the case as the said agreement which is unregistered is un admissible in evidence. How ever if the tenancy is at will i.e. if there is a termination clause in the agreement to the effect that the agreement may be terminated by either party by giving a notice of XXX months/days then such a agreement does not require registration.
