SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That we, .................................. son of .................. (late) and .............................N widow of ......................... (late), presently residing at Canada, permanently resident of House No..............................................

That we are the co-sharer of the House No. ........................., measuring 2 Kanals with building and other family members are also co-sharer in this house.

That a civil suit Titled �Jehanzeb vs samina etc� is pending adjudication in the court Mr Muhammd Aness CJ, Lahore which is fixed for 23.12. 2010.

That presently, we are living abroad(or some un avoidable circumstances I can not pursue the said case ) so we/I hereby appoint our brother/son ......................... KHAN................................... son of .................................(late) as a SPECIAL ATTORNEY and we delegate him the powers to rent out the said house for a specific period and we also delegate him the powers to execute, rent deed, receive advance and monthly rent on our behalf.

That the said ATTORNEY will also pursue the cases against the said house from the court of Civil Judge to the Supreme Court of Pakistan and he shall follow all the legal matters for the said house (i.e. Civil or Criminal Proceeding) on our behalf.

That all the decisions / acts of the attorney shall be acceptable to us. After the expiry of rent period on which the rent period expired, we can cancel this attorney, if we want.
