Legal Question in Securities Law in India
Land was acquired under land acquisation Act.The claimant filed an LAOP for enhancement of compensation.He filed execution application and received part of the award amount later he died.Now one of the legal representative obtained a release deed from the remaining legal representative and want to get the award balance amount pending on the file of court deposit? what can he do first?

he has to move an application to bring the legal heirs on record and they have to give their No objection in his favour
