Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in United States

I'm 24 my friend's little sister whom is 15 is saying that back in September of 2015 I tried to kiss her. She is just now coming out and saying it but none of it is true. Her mom is pressing charges. What should I do?

What you should do is find a good criminal lawyer immediately to have a consultation and be prepared, stop posting and talking about the situation, and follow the lawyer's advice from that point. Contrary to the overseas "advice," I am sure you know just from watching the news these situations are taken very seriously by law enforcement and just about any parent would be concerned. Find a lawyer this week.
