Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

I am 20 year old ..my boyfriend had sex wit me in the name of marriage at the age of 15 ..and later he made me to do it several times telling that if I don't then he might breakup leave me and nt marry me ..yet we wre serious relationship wit love ..despite of several torture and he having affair wit a woman who is going to get married ..she got married to someone else so he came back and again forced me several times .after all this horrible things I left and was happy ..I thought of avenging him but thought of giving a second chance ..So I came back after 2 years ..this time he had sex wit me several times in the name of frndship ..now he wants me to have gangbang ..wit his frnds ..and he wants me nt to expect anything just leave and go ..he did hurt me several times during the intercourse that my skin was tore and I started bleeding ..what shld I do ..I am hopeless ..shld I cry life long ..in this situation how could I even marry another man ..that is totally wrong ...I don't want to cheat any man ..wit this truth behind me ..all I did is to five him some space and make him understand ..shld all girls be betrayed and left hopeless like me ..is there no justice for us

Once he departed and made affair with someone else, why did you again come and agreed for sex? That you were forced second time is not going to be believed by the police or court. If you want, you can lodge a police complaint against him and police may lodge FIR against him. But court can not force him to marry you. He can be punished but you need courage to proceed. You may call if you require.
