Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

Its been nearly 7 years of marriage and my husband shows no much interest in family life with me. Due to sister in law creating problems along with my mother in law I was forced to leave husband house and now I stay with parents. I've no kids, no family life. Husband has property issues so always uses that as a reason and is away from me. Can u help me in what I can do to get my rights as a wife

You can file an application for restitution of conjugal rights and return back to your matrimonial house. However if your husband is not interested in a relationship with you, the courts cannot force him.

1) First discuss in the presence of family elders and outside senior citizens

and record which will be evidence in future.

2) Then file RCR and watch the progress.

3) U may then file cases under DV, 498 and 125.
