Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

I am 24 yrs old unmarried girl. 2 years ago I got a marriage proposal from my relative, he is now 26.

But now he said that he is not willing to marry me , and he gave me the reason that he can't loss his family. But I got an information from his friends that "he is going to marry an another girl"

The main problem is he used me many time for his sexual satisfaction and promised that he will defenitely marry me. But now he cheated me without any sentimence. Can I get justice ?

Yes, you may register a FIR u/s 376, 406 and 420. Sexual relation with false promise of marriage constitute rape. But law can not force him to marry you. Though upon registration of FIR, there could be different scenario.
