Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
I was a child of 1 when I was sexually abused by a servant. I am an adolescent now but I remember the incident vividly. I just want to know if my testimony will hold in the Indian Court of Law if I want to convict the perpetrator. I am not planning to take any action currently but I am just curious, and I feel like I have the right to know.

yes, you can take a legal action against the child abuser. Your testimony will hold good as you had gone through the ordeal. consult your parents and seek help of a lawyer.
