Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
i have filed a complaint through internet to the police for sexual harrashement to another man by the name of my wife(complainant). But my wife refuse that complaint and given a written statement to the police that the complaint have lodged by my husband and i have no idea about that complaint and not need to take any action for that complaint. As of now i hope so my wife loves him or any other issue but now what should i do for that complaint if in future she file a complaint upon me for fraud and forgery.so what should i do for that.???
