Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
Hi, My ex gf is now married. After 2 years of there marriage, I sent a message to her husband stating that she had sex with me and what she liked during sex. Is it sexual harassment or a punishable offense? I mean its just a Facebook message and he can probably block me if he dont want to receive me any messages and if I still contact him/her through phone, texts or chase them, then its sexual harassment. Please let me know if I am correct in thinking that. Thanks in advance.
