Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
If a girl at a age 16 have a sex mutually with a man of age 24 can a case be filled after10 years under sexual assault and FIR has not been registered till now and phone recording of that man and he agreeing that he has done sex with minor is sufficient to make our case strong...????

has the case been filed or not?? Is the police investigating the matter.Has the complain be filed by the girl??please provide more facts for me to advice.
