Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
Hi I hve been falsely put in a prostitution racket as the owner of a hotel .under pita law in india...my lawyer says that the case is not valid as at the time of incident a female pancha or witness is required. ..and in my case no female witness was present.
is ot true and wht all legal implications ill face .
I m innocent ...pls guide
