Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India

I and another Indian girl studied in foreign in same college. We had sex multiple times over many years. She became emotionally close. when i went to india after leaving the country, She sent a legal notice to my indian home according to indian law that I should marry her if not she was ready to file rape or 420 case against me. I replied very promptly denying everything in her first notice. im in a different foreign country presently. she is in the first foreign country or in india. Now how long does she have before she can either file a case or send another notice to me. If nothing happens for more than 4 months , if she files case after a long gap, then will it be seen neg point against her if she files case against me in the future.
in this country, sex with consent between unmarried adults (--no child born) then law cannot say anything in this case

You need to seek advice from a lawyer allowed to practice law in the country where physical relationship was developed and continued with the girl in question.
