Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in India
Please suggest ....If a man does sex with a woman by giving false commitment of marrriage, that is called rape as per law. But if a women id doing the same thing what is that called? If a girl is denying for marriage after 3 years of physical, emotional n financial relationship with a guy, what should that guy do? Do we have any law for that to penalize thatfemale? What if that Guyanese is looking for justice as hecant marry to someone else now. can he get justice by law either to marry that female or penalize her bylaw if she still deny for marriage?how many guys are agree with this? who will responsible if he commits suicide in depression
