Legal Question in Social Security Law in Pakistan

In case of death of partner of firm weather legal heirs of deceased may file and application for the grant of succession certificate if so under what proviso of law?

dear if partner left any assests in movable shape like accunts , certoficates , in any partnership or indivdual so the legal heiers file petition under section 372 succession Act before the senion civil judge for declaring successors .
