Legal Question in Social Security Law in
my marriage is register and my husband now living separate and has extra marital affair his parents said he is out of the property and boy said he is not working and i am working but private fireld be he force me for divorce and want to live with wt i should do pls help me.he is is every time busy with that girl on ph. and nvr contact me kindly suggest me can i take naything form him.
i dont want to give divorce can i force them to give me something and wt is the way they did not fear and said you can do wtever you want to do.we will do divorce forcefuly can they can take divorce without my wish.if he will do 2nd marriage can i do something wht it is.

in case he is not attached to you and having an extra marital and in case you do not have children, you may go for divorce by mutual consent and start your life afresh.
