Legal Question in Social Security Law in India
We were playing cricket below the building premises but a woman from the top floor comes due to some personal problems stops us from playing cricket and starts to abuse and also pushes us and talks a bit rough...from approximately 50 houses only 2-3 of them opposes us...can we take a signature from each house for permission and play and how can we deal the police if the woman comes again and abuses and pushes us ?
I have just selected Social security law as i dont know in which head it will come
