Andhra pradesh Govt. issued a GO no: 33 Dt.21.1.2013 where in they have ommited certurn portion of VAT Rule No: 17. The have mentioned the validity of this ommission is from the date of Notification. What is the date of Notification is it the date of VAT Implemtation Notification which is during the year 2009 or the date of this GO
