Legal Question in Tax Law in Pakistan

I please help and answer my questions

I work for a small IT firm providing chat solutions to USA bases clients only .No local operations and all revenue comes from US .We are 6 people and all together and I handle sales .My total basic take home salary is 45000pkr and I make sales commission every month around 130000PKR to 150000PKR .My employer deducts 15% out of my total commission for some tax and releases the rest to me .its happening since last 1 months since the day i joined .NO proof of tax deduction is provided to me however from my employer .

My questions is is it right to deduct 15% or is their any tax deduction relay applicable ? if yes what is the tax and if no what correct tax deduction is applicable .

I will really appreciate your earliest response and help .

Tax deduction is applicable. Ask your employer to provide you the certificate for such deduction and ask him that you are a filer and want to adjust this deduction in your annual returns.
