I'm a current resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My father, age 87 years, has two properties in Jamnagar District. He has already given me registered power of attorney to sell property or transfer it on my name. Now question is how much stamp duty I will have to pay? I have heard that it is now possible on a 100-Rs stamp paper due to blood relation. Is it true??
