i am belong to Lucknow uttar pradesh, my father has been expired in 1997. my widow mother has a allotted home at their name. we are two brother living not under one roof. when i came to know in sep 2013 that my mother was want to sell this property. soonly i filed a case upon that home so that my father's property will be in the exisitense. but unfortunately she sold this home in 28-01-2014 to other party without any info.whenever first sanam is already served to her on the records of D>J.M.
