i have an employee to whom I paid July salary of Rs.30K(for part time work) while his gross salary is 120k. Now I want to give him bonus of 75K and this will be last payment for him. From next month, he will not work for me. In July I did not deduct any tax on him so should I deduct tax on bonus of 75K?
