i am a govt employee with punjab govt. I want to ask can i do freelance photojournalism with my job?

If the service rules permit you can. to be very sure you can seek permission from the official for the permission to do this freelance work.If you dont want to do this then file an RTI and ask if an employee can do free lance job along with his regular duties.
