Hi,
I would like to know if there are any issues involved in the below scenario:
I'm working in a very small company of about 4 peoples in Bangalore, India. Our CEO is planning to close the office here in India due to the economic reasons, however he's open for us to work as freelancers for the same package. Now, I would like to know if there is any hidden problem that may occur if we work for him as freelancers. Also, the Income tax formalities that we should proceed.
Kindly do the needful and let me know if you need any other details.

HI,
Working as a freelancer will land you in service tax net if your total income in the previous year from such work is more than 10 lakhs rupees.
How much would be your income out of such working ?
