Hi,
I had given some tax evasions information to Service Tax, Sales Tax & Income Tax approx. 3 years back and the related departments have recovered several crores from the company on account of Taxes, Penalty & Interest. I have been in continuous correspondence with the concerned departments and also filed 2-3 RTI till date but still my reward money was not released by the departments. Plz. suggest me what legal course of action, I can adopt as I had given all the informations in writing only to the departments.
