Legal Question in Tax Law in
i have a house property. if i give gpa to my brother. will he be the owner of the property ? will rent received from that property be my brother's income ?

Generally GPA or AGPA both would be given to others to perform specific duty,contract,agreement,etc.But it will not give right of ownership as does in gift and sale of TPAct.So it is obvious that a GPA holder cannot enjoy any benefit arise there from.
