is online gambling at foreign based websites legal in india? and what are the tax implications of it ? i know land based casinos are legal in the states of goa and sikkim. and recently the state of sikkim has opened the market for online lottery and online gambling. but is it technically legal in other indian states as well ? 'coz i hear that the indian law on this subject is archaic and hence is not very clear.
