I am opening a company soon. Do I need to register for VAT?
I am not manufacturing and selling anything in India. The turnover will be well above INR 1000000 annually.
I will be paying a nominal fee of $49 per product to a UK company and the designing, editing, proofreading etc will be done by freelance employees or regular hired ones working in my company. The business is publishing books, magazine and online content.
