I am resident of India. While I was abroad I have made some fixed deposits in my NRE account, but they continued even I return back. Do I have to pay income tax on that? I am also providing consultancy to foriegn firm still and getting payment in foriegn currency, do I have to pay tax on that too? or can I get exemption?
