Legal Question in Telecomm Law in Bangladesh

My sister's x boyfriend is trying to defame her and our family in social media (facebook,twitter etc) by publishing various kinds of pic ,conversion etc.He made a affidavit of marriage not marriage certificate.now how can we stop it?

If you want to resist him from defaming your sister in a legal manner, you need to take the matter to court. You may seek either injunction or punishment; you may seek both. Whatever way you take, there is a risk that the matter will be made public. So asses the risk and take decision by consulting a nearby lawyer.
