1. Sir, I am from chennai, my father in laws mother has written a will for her daughter for a land which is unregistered before 16 years back is it valid. is there any limitation for unregistered will.

2. our land has been acquired by government in the year 2003. we have collected the amount with protest and till now i have not recived the service notice from court. can we implead now for compensation.

Will is not required to be registered. Will once validly executed and attested by two witnesses, whether registered or not, remains valid for its life unless revoked by the testator during his life time.
