Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Ancestral commercial Property in name of my grandmother. The property was equally divided (4 floors - divided 2/2 among two sons) among two sons (My father and his elder brother). She died in 1998, we acquired a copy from municipality of the property and everything was fine till 2003. In 2013 we again took a copy from municipality due to some speculations by our relatives and found out that my father's name was dismissed on the basis of a will by my grandmother. She died in 1998 and will was produced in 2006 in municipality. As per my info the will in not registered, yet in registrar office. The will looks fake as it has by grandmother's thumbprint, whereas she was able to put her signature.
Kindly, advise as my uncle is now acting weird and is trying to possess our part also in that property. We do not have possession on that property as I do not live in my hometown. My father passed away in 2010 and I am in deep trouble. This is total fraud.
