Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

An ancestral house has been registered in my grandfather's name and has been divided by his 3 sons equally after his death. No share in my grandfather's properties was given to his 2 daughters (my aunts). None of the shares has been registered by the sons in their respective names till date. Out of the 3 sons, only one is alive. My father and an uncle is no more. My mother is alive and still living in the share acquired by my father. Is my mother eligible to gift my father's share of ancestral house to me? If not, what is the procedure to register my father's share of the ancestral house to my name? I am my father's oldest daughter and i have 3 siblings. Kindly advise.
