Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Whether appointment of 'Administrator of the Will' in the document of will is necessary? This question arose because, if there is a reference to an Administrator in a will, then the Administrator requires the will to be probated. Please clarify.

Dear Sir / Madam,

A Will has to be probated for the transfer of the title of the deceased's estate in the name of the beneficiary to the Will. An Administrator named in the Will is just to conduct and carry out the execution of the Will.
