Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in

My aunt (mother's sister) who was a widow with no children of her own and who expired in July 2010 had willed her entire assets including immovable property worth crores in the state of U.P. to me in February 2007. She had signed her will in presence of two witnesses, but the will is unregistered although she had made a video recording stating that she had made this will in my favour. Unfortunately, before her death, she went into coma for two days and while she was in hospital in a state of coma, her sister-in-laws' daughter fraudulently took her thumb finger print impression on a blank paper and now claims she has a will in her favour. She has also manouvred to get false witnesses to this will. But my aunt had never put thumb impressions on any document in her lifetime as she was literate and always used to put her signatures on documents. Please guide me to the course of action I should adopt to legitimately claim her estate and property as per her genuine will made in my favour in February 2007

you can file a suit for cancellation of the forged and fabricated will and claim the probate of your will.
