Dear Sir / Madam,

You may gift the property to your son if you wish that he should enjoy full benefits during your lifetime, or you may write a Will, should you wish the transfer of title take effect after you.

You may make a will as it eliminates conflicts or you may gift the property to your son by gift deed.
