actually we bought land in 2002 from a person who got special mukhatiyar or right from another person and he sold the layout to 31 people in plots of different different sizes...now the person who had given the Mukhatiyar or right filed suit against seller nd 31 people who bought from him...tell me what will be result ..

You have to contest the suit first of all, contending that you are the BONA FIDE PURCHASER of the property for consideration and without notice.
What will be the end result, cant be told now, because i depends on the fact of the case. need to review the documents before giving you advise on that aspect.
