we are two brother setteld in u.k. my mother and father are expired befor seven year a go and one bank account in india 100000 rupe. in that accout can i get succession certificate thrugh power of attorney holder?

Bank has the power to release the money without the need of Succession Certificate if all the legal heirs jointly claim the amount along with an affidavit and an indemnity bond.

Yes, Succession Certificate may be applied in the court through Power of aTtorney appointed in accordance with law.
