im a Christian citizen from maharashtra.
Please advise if an NOC from my mother .. (who is the sole surviving sister of my deceased christian aunty) for entry of my name in place of my deceased christian aunt by her registered will ....on all 7/12 extracts bearing my aunts name and on properties bearing their deceased fathers and deceased uncles names)... ....as my aunt has also made me the inheritor of the house where she was the sole occupant that stands in her deceased fathers and deceased uncles names)....
1) please advise if NOC can be made on plain legal paper with 20 rs court fee stamp affixed?
2) my indemnity statement to Tahsildar can be also be made on on plain legal paper with 20 rs court fee stamp affixed?

Sir,
Take non judicial stamp papers for the NOC of your mother, Indemnity Bond, and get your said content notarized
