You have not provided nearly enough information to answer; some of the other factors required are whether or not there was an earlier spouse, and if so was there a divorce? If there was, then what were its terms and have they been complied with? Are there children of any relationship? Was there a cohabitation agreement? These are just the most common questins that have to be answered; as a lawyer receives answers, it will lead t more questions that must be answered before any answer can be definitively given.
